Tweaked Frankensteins.

Increased Frankensteins AI combat value to be the same as Feral Draculs since the Raid AI doesn't give a dang about population percentages and will send entire raids of them just because they are cheaper than Draculs.

Buffed werewolves a bit. They now have Super Immunity (regardless of form) f.ex. It feels appropriate for a werewolf to shrug of most other diseases fairly easily.

Werewolves will no longer use their held weapon in combat when transformed. They will deal x1.75 damage with unarmed attacks though, so be careful. (this does _not_ stack with the x1.5 melee damage gene).
