Fixed an issue in mission 8 where player 1 easy/medium bonuses were applied regardless of your chosen difficulty.

Changes:
- Added more resources and villagers to some missions to reduce the early grind. Also increased some enemy spawns to compensate
- Enabled the last age on mission 12 to add more variety and allow for better units/siege weapons
- Changed your Egyptian major god on some missions to improve variety (Now 7 are non-Ra instead of 4). This also allows for more tactical use of god powers such as Ptah's shifting sands.
- Player now starts in age 2 on mission 9
- Changed some of the pursuer unit types on mission 8 to improve variety. Also added flares to alert the player when a group of survivors spawns

Fixes:
- Added invisible wall in mission 5 to prevent player from advancing into the canyon before killing the ambush
- Fixed issue where a group of militia fail to convert in mission 8
- Improved the cinematic on mission 8 to remove black areas
- Added "Kill All God Powers" trigger on mission 14 to get rid of Rain (previously this didn't work for some reason)
- Disabled Rocs for some missions to prevent player from skipping enemies

Updates due to helpful feedback from commenters:

- Changed difficulty so that hard and titan are the same, instead of there being no titan difficulty
- Added hint that Theris will respawn when killed
- Added hints to make it more clear that destroying certain buildings will stop attacks

Known issue:
- Final militia group on campaign 8 sometimes fails to convert (my working theory is that the group is too big and gets stuck).
