5.2 Big Cultist Update

What a great day to be a Cultist mod, isn't it? Note: ONLY Daemon factions can create Cults. Creating Cults is a faction feature, not a Cultist "ability."

Patch Changes

All Cultists should now be able to create Cults, but only for Chaos Daemon factions.
Fixed tables to work with Patch 5.2
