V1.13 Minor Update
Added:
Certain lights will function during the day as they do at night. (Torches, fireplaces, etc)
Functionality to use vanilla lighting configs (Thanks to DannyDoomno1 for the tip)

Changed:
Reverted Underground Lighting Config to vanilla. (Still using modified config but it uses vanilla values, this is just in case I change them in the future).

Fixed:
Headlight effectiveness for Livonia Underground sections. (Would be very dark, implemented a simpler system to keep NVG brightness while keeping light brightness).

V1.12 Minor Update (Fix)
Added: Custom Underground Lighting Config to help with the fix.

Changed: Now using Vanilla NVG script with some minor changes to exposure.

Fixed: Underground compatibility for custom NVG script. Should now be able to see in the underground in Livonia and other maps that use the 1.19 Underground scripts.

Added:
Added filmgrain configs to help combat gamma goggles (set to 4 and 5 respectively in your lighting config).

Changed:
Decreased hue for clear sky texture, shouldn't be as blue/cyan.
Slightly increased ambient for clear nights to see more clearly.
Reverted fog levels to vanilla (oversight from early builds).
Reduced overall brightness of scene during the day.
Adjusted rain to help get rid of the silhouette issue at night.
Slightly increased brightness of ambient shadows during the day.
Slightly increased eye adaptation level to help with interiors and forests
Changed skyAroundSun to vanilla values (possibly temporarily)
Replaced Almost Clear Sky Sphere Texture to fix grey line and spots.
Increased scene brightness for bright cloudy night slightly.
Changed NV Optics and Goggles to be more effective at night. (Will now blind you during the day, now useful when using Dark Cloudy settings).

Fixed:
Fixed glowing character at certain times, mainly night

Removed:
Removed some CfgWorld based things relating to in game map. May help with potential map compatibility.
