Fixed slight visual issue with Moonlords breathing

Changed order of customisation (once again)

Added option to change the opacity and colour of the reactive stars

Changed order of customisation options to make a little more sense

Added many more customisation options including:

Reactive stars behind Moonlord,
Moonlord breathing,
Weapon effects for each character individually,
Breathing effects for the Mage, Summoner and Ranger
Wing effects for the Warrior,
and lightning effects on the Summoner's Starlight Dragon!

Added customisation for Reactive Stars to be toggled on/off
