MokTech Industries - Core v1.2.15

- Added the "cuffbreak" system which allows AI and players to escape restraints
- Added initial WIP pass of the LAAT/LAG for boarding enemy capital ships
- Added bare-bones MRE/Rations system (purely cosmetical, just for fun)
- Updated Fortify presets to include the new Legion Studios H-Barriers
- Updated TX weapons
- Updated arsenal whitelists, added Adenosine
- Updated BARC Stretcher, can now stow/deploy the stretcher attachment
- Updated Stretchers, force TFAR no-attenutation through variable, hopefully finally fixes the sound issues
- Fixed radar lock-on for the ARC-170 (potentially, maybe, we hope)

- Updated all arsenals, added the various BC/Shouldered versions of weapons
- Updated Supply boxes, added EE-2 ammo
- Fixed an error in the Zeus context actions for fortify
- Fixed an issue where the DC17-s dual optic would not disappear
- Fixed a locality issue for the Verpine tracking shot
- Removed NVG Effects selector from ACE self-interactions (moved to CBA Setting)

MokTech Industries - Core v1.2.13

- Added compat bindings for "BC Two Primary Weapons"
- Added new verpine barrel attachment (magazine-specific); anims to follow next update
- Added EE-2 Blaster Rifle (thanks, Ark!)
- Updated Verpine Shot Delay, shortened by about half
- Fixed NT-242 deployment, now uses BC Two Primary Weapons and no additional scripting weirdness that caused us grief before
- Removed holo-scope options from the Verpine (only the actual Verpine Scope will be available going forward)

- Added testbed LAAT/i to try and combat sensor/locking concerns
- Added datapad model (currently just a prop)
- Added props addon, moved existing props there (crates, shark fren)
- Updated most ammo hit values, buffed to combat the more tanky enemies
- Updated BARC Stretcher attachment, removed collision to improve vehicle handling
- Updated NT-242p deployment, added configurable keybind to circumvent conflict with LSSW
