Sleepers now get 2 Unit Leaders from their Focuses, so they have something other than just generic icons, at least for commanders.

New Mini-path for invading the Divide! Get Nukes! Sign a treaty with the NCR, Use the Red Glare and SMMG!
Sleepers have more unique tech icons and descriptions. These do not affect gameplay stats.

The Brotherhood Tree is now more properly finished, with more events and focuses that change depending upon what happens to the nearby chapters.
Nerfed Super-Soldiers.

Localization for Rapid Movements (That was bugging me)
Re-structured Brotherhood alliance slightly to be less ugly and more sensible. Certain focuses only appear when possible.

Brotherhood AI will now decide based on available factions on the council.

Sleepers now have Brotherhood Graphical Culture, even if they don't always join it, for more advanced models.
The Awakened Brotherhood Flag now works!
New focuses for Colonizing the Moon!
Psychic tree is now available for omnicidal Sleepers as well.

Can now decide friendship is acceptable and join the Brotherhood of Steel. Joining will lock you out of genocidal New Plague. Old focuses are still available if you reject seeking allies, will show up dynamically.
