Balance:

General nerf of almost all factionwide military bonuses. Factionwide military bonuses are now fairly comparable to one another in strength.
Factions which had no access to factionwide buffs now do.
Several LL-army-only skills reduced in strength (e.g. Orion's +30 MD).
Improved selection of military bonuses for certain factions (lizardmen, for example, now have more variety).

Balance:
Kugath nerfed again. Should have removed those legacy bits weeks ago.

Balance:
Smoothed the effect scaling for Warpsmith.
Removed the fire resistance from Kugath's skill tree.

Balance:
Kugath's Necrotic Missiles ancillary now significantly reduces his ammunition due to the strength of the associated Nurgling barrage.
Kugath's base ammunition reduced to 28.
Kugath's army capstone now provides less ammunition and the healing cap effect has been replaced with unit speed due to how poorly Nurgle factions heal.

Fixes:
The Evertrollsen skill moved from row 1 to row 2 due to changes to Throgg's skill tree structure for WH3.

Balance:
Replaced Ku'Gath's construction cost effect entirely (with +7/14% building income) due to cyclic buildings not being affected by existing effects and me not caring enough to make a new effect.
Nerfed Ku'Gath's army capstone by adding a melee attack malus to levels 2 and 3. Level 2 melee defense bonus reduced to 7, but is factionwide now.

Testing:
Changed Ku'Gath's construction cost effect and scope.

Balance:
N'kari and Ku'Gath now start with a small selection of spells.

Fixes:
Kairos' Lore of Shadow-granting effects were set to prio 0, and was thus the effect text was invisible.
