-Added screen flash when touching water
-Added dying support for silent deaths
-Added "You are Dead" message on death
-Fixed Murder Drone becoming off on respawns without death
-Weapons now wont fire when underwater, probably
-EMP should now stun other Murder Drones
-EMP now applies flash to players
