- balance wounds and time to recover, slightly increased to avoid turns where you kill an AI general on your turn but then the AI is able to re-summon them immediately.

-restored rural tax collection building % peasantry income, thanks for reporting the bugs. got the right effect type working now

- TROM leveling curve ported over. TROM adjusts the XP required per level with a max of 15, in general the levels 1-10 will be slightly faster, with rank 12 about being base game rank 10. Ranks above 12 will take a while. This should help more generals unlock their level 5 character specific units

rural tax collection building change reverted back to + absolute value peasantry income instead of % increase, added cost to buildings for balance (vanilla they all cost zero).

[x] Bug with TUP items that unlock units
[x] tweaked generic general spawn ratios, was tired of seeing the AI constantly using 2x generic female strategists in their armies. with so many unique characters from TUP there is no need for so many generics. this also helps the late game lag caused by a million generic generals being spawned
[x] added some cool new units to the individual character recruitment system, including some red vanguard infantry units so that some vanguards have a purpose besides literally only expensive cav
[x] adjusted duel xp, accepting a duel vs offering a duel now give the same xp so there is no reason to cancel an AI offer and then offer to duel them, in the base game it was like 25x more XP if you offered the duel instead of accepting it. also increased xp for if you lose a duel. now duels are an excellent way to try and level up characters, even if they can't win the duel if they just survive they can earn a lot of xp.
[x] Hero balance (adjusting damage received from units and mass changes) trying to have heroes be less easy to escape combat, but survive in combat a bit longer dealing less damage. should lead to cool situations where heroes get trapped and need to be rescued (which happens a great deal in the novel).
[x] fatigue adjustment
[x] Balance Qiang fatigue resist
[x] Balance pass on all units, like Dragons and Imperial to make sure they are worth the cost, adjustment to dragon rising ability
[x] Nanman officers not able to recruit nanman units as Han from tech tree removed
[x] investigate crossbow arrow arch behavior from hv units to tr units
[x] TROM faction resource for Lui Chong
[x] COOP MULTIPLAYER COMPATIBILITY DESYNC ISSUE FIXED (gongsun zan faction mechanic was causing deyscn in multiplayer) will implement addon for

fix resolve stat effects for records mode. improved stat effect tooltips for the "when commanding" bonuses

balance pass on qiang units fatigue ability, vanilla units no longer have the OP always on attribute of fatigue immunity. Now all Qiang units use the TROM trigger that gives them fatigue immunity when >50% morale. Includes mercenary Qiang units and bandit Qiang units.

fixed bug that allowed bandits to recruit some base BUQU units like buqu crossbows.
