Updated to version 23: "Whack-a-mole" update.
- Rebalanced (buffed) several more mutations
- All three new weapons introduced in this update are now dual-scaling, and have faster movesets.

- Added new weapon: Tidal Palms. A fast, mid-range 4-hit combo weapon. Dropped by Dancers in BC 3+.
- Rebalanced several more weapons.
- Reworked/Buffed several mutations. Backpack mutations now behave as colorless mutations.
