made the fiend not bug out and spawn directly on the player when the player uses very custom skin mods! Thanks for reporting Fakka and solV!

Fiend has more logic to prevent it from teleporting right onto the player forever. There is also a lot of minor optimizations with each early game enemy in this update. There is also verlet chain involving enemies which got a more robust verlet setup which doesn't break or vanish when offscreen and such and everything is much simplar than it was before!
