Update v0.13.3.0 StayAtHome & StaySafe

SPECIAL NOTES:
1. Lymphadenitis was going to be replaced with Swollen Lymph Nodes in this patch (Exists in the stock game).
Unfortunately the potential to cause too many issues for players was too great so I've reverted my diagnosis to my version of Swollen Lymph Nodes.
I am going to look into what I can do but this will be back on the backburner until I can find a solution. Much rather you guys have a bug free game!
Update 23/04 - Found out how bug free! Should be done next patch.

2. With the new upcoming Hospital Services DLC, this mod might break when it launches (especially depending how the new pathology department works code wise).
I am keeping a close eye on Project Hospital awaiting the new DLC so that I can patch my mod as soon as it releases but please be patient if
I am at work when it launches or don't notice right away.
I will do my best to ensure this mod is compatible with and without the Hospital Services DLC and with existing saves.

Added a new diagnosis occurrence chance 'OCCURRENCE_SL_ULTRAUNIQUE' (1% chance) for extremely rare diagnosis
Added Cardiography Unit to Oncology (few things could get missed (without transferring the patient around) without this on some rarer cancers)
Added a new optional DLC Room to Department (Pre-emptive addition, won't be visible until the Hospital Services DLC launches).
Adjusted all Exam Priorities (Not sure if this helps the AI determine which exams to do next but just in case I've adjusted them based what is important to get results quicker)
Cleaned up some of my code, sorted symptoms by type and diagnosis alphabetically (helps ensure I don't double up on symptoms and makes it easier to navigate).

Fixed non defined acronym for DIA_ONCO_BLC08_0_DESC (The description assumed the user knew what NHL meant)

Bug Fixes:
[FIXED] Surgery issue with latest PH patch (ICU anaesthetists wouldn't assist with Oncology)(Thank you for reporting this Mrrau)
[FIXED] Incorrect collapse reference structure for collapse symptoms (the structure might be causing stuck patient bugs, thank you for reporting Utrechtertje030 & jaspertheking605)

Notes:
The 20 symptom limit really hit hard for liver cancer, there are about 5-7 more symptoms I wanted to add to some of them to make them as realistic as possible but
I did have to unfortunately have to limit it and choose what I felt was most common & unique while still trying to blend it into other diagnosis in the game.

Fixed image issues with Four Cube Units (Should be good now).
Removed obsolete exams (Been six weeks, they show up in Intern Mode so it causes issues for player that use that game mode, please report if you load a save more than six weeks old. If issues occur, I will make a patch mod to fix the problem).

Replaced SYM_SLP_PETECHIAE with SYM_PETECHIAE (Did not realise it was a stock symptom, SYM_SLP_PETECHIAE kept in the code for crash protection).

Replace SYM_SLP_LARGE_LYMPHNODE (Lymphadenitis) with SYM_SWOLLEN_LYMPH_NODES (Stock) (Totally did not realise, this will be a big task so hoping to patch it in soon but it isn't a priority at the moment)

Fixed a bug with CSF Testing in Neurology (accidentally had the testing side on some of the brain cancers, this forces the patient to wait forever for a test when the sample was never taken, thank you @warped for noticing this. If this bug is present for you, simply unqueue any tests that reference 'testing' and not 'sampling' if they require histology and requeue it, it'll be fixed since the new test is the sampling one.)
