Changed mutator to use veryBadKarma's Template (thanks dude!) so it now complies with the new shoprules and can be used with other gunmods.
Updated firemode code so that it complys with new firemode rules

Horrible burst animation bug fixed! (Hooray! Well done Tom!)
Fixed gun aligning to incorrect perk (this is for commando)
Reload animation made less awful
Sounds added to reload, and fire.
Ammunition cost reduced.
Added Shop code.
Added text prompt when you try to reload a non empty mag. (good suggestion xxx)

-------Burst Mode-------
Increased recoil from 250 to 350
Reduced headshot multiplier to 1.0

-------Automatic Mode-----------
Slightly increased kick amount
Increased damage min from 90 to 180
Increased damage max from 140 to 200
Greatly increased spread max

Drastically reduced headshot damage multiplier, headshots on automatic mode will now do a 3rd of their regular damage, this makes the weapon less lethal for headshot sniping
