*Crucial choice for two USSR national focuses. Paradox have created two national focuses, each 70 days long, that happen together in december 1936. While I felt it was more important for the Stalin Constituion to be closer to the historical date rather than de CPDI had to be, dates are dates. I have changed my opinion. Then it will match better if the Constitution is completed before the PCDI.

No more change for Italy national focus order. Paradox seems to have fixed to stupid war (Romania attacking Bulgaria). Bulgaria doesn't need to join the Axe sooner anymore (joining sooner avoided the war).
