Hotfix:
Fixed Spawn Army in Different Region (Menu) refresh function. It still called back to the test menu instead of the current menu.

- Menus combined so there should be less pages to scroll through.
- Hidden effect tooltips made visible to help show what will change if an option is used.

New Options:
- (Cheats) Cheats Menu
- Spawn Army in Capital (Menu)
- Spawn Army in Different Region (Menu)
- (Cheats) Random Options
- (Random) Empty cities in Region Groups (Menu)
- (Random) Mingsplosion (Menu)

- Changed all the cheat traits to status type, this should prevent the AI from randomly getting the traits. (If the AI still gets it please report)

- (Cheats) Random Options - One random country will get attacked by everyone
- (Cheats) Character Options - Scorned Families health -100
- (Cheats) Diplomatic Options
- Countries you are at war with get attacked by neighbours
- Take over all enemy units
- Remove all enemy units

- (Cheats) Take Over Cities - Specific Regions
- (Cheats) Take Over Cities - Take over all enemy provinces
- (Cheats) Character Options - Toggle - All characters get good/great/excellent traits (x2/x6/x11)
- (Cheats) Cheats Menu - All provinces loyalty 100
