Paradox have moved several battleships, aircraft carriers and cruisers to the 1936 game.
Paradox have added the Lion Class Battleship to the 1939 game.
Paradox have added the Joffre Class Aircraft Carrier to the 1939 game.
Have split decision files by ship type to support sub mods.
