Fixed a typo on the code that controls spotting certain NPCs.

Sigh... how i'm letting these issues slip through is a mystery.

Fixing issue in the LUA file that caused the VOX pack to not function.

*Adding more choices for the VOX pack's wheel.
*Adding more sounds for spawning, dying and healing.

Correcting path to sound files. They should play without issue now. Pretty embarrasing how i let such a huge issue slip through unnoticed.

*Added sounds for bashing (only works with weapons that use the TFA base)
*Removed ability to play sounds from certain categories that i don't plan on using for the VOX pack
*Added more sounds for spawning and picking up items
