Big update and rebalance of Belial:
- Reduced damage, increased shot speed
- Removed fear effect form tears
- Removed immunity to Spike Room, Spike Chest and TNT
- The book no longer creates random pickups, minions, and only gives half black heart and deal damage to enemies
- Removed the removal of some items for rebirth and reroll
- Removed unnecessary sound effects
- Belial no longer dies instantly when pick up holy items and trinkets, but takes a full heart damage
- Removed 100% chance of a deal and free items in it
- Fixed an increase in Belial's damage when finding Eye of Belial. Eye also gives other effects
- Improved death animation of Belial
- Added additional item descriptions for Belial's Book and Eye when using the Item Description mod
- Fixed minor bugs in the code

I did my best and improved Belial as best I could. I think now this mod is finished. I will update it for REPENTANCE so that you can play Belial in the new DLS, but I will not update the mod anymore.
