- Updated for compatibility with Rise and Fall. Mod will work with both vanilla and R+F rulesets.
- Updated city name list.
- Updated portrait art for Gabe Newell
- Added Cultures.artdef to the mod so that you can change the historical culture of the PC Master Race. See the discussion for more info.
- Updated mod name in the game to make it easier to find all three versions in Additional Content.

The Text/Audio update:
- Japan's music should now play when you play as the PC Master Race. See the discussion on how to change the civ music.
- Added a poorly done Japanese Translation for the mod using Google Translate.
- All other languages besides English should now display the mod text (Mod text is still in English though, except for Japanese).
- Japan's music should now play when you are playing against Gabe and enter his leader screen.
- Fixed Removable Districts Icons (If YOU are playing as the PC Master Race, I no longer recommend having the Removable Districts mod enabled).
- Lowered increased cost over time for district removal projects (to match that of the Removable Districts mod).
- Re-added Spaceport to list of districts able to be removed (the project will show up twice if you have Removable Districts enabled).

- Dramatically reduced the project costs for Designing and Developing Half Life 3.
- Reduced Design Studio Great Person points per turn to 10 for artist, writer, and musician to reduce great work spam and slow a cultural victory.

New quality of life improvements:
- Tired of clicking on something to produce every turn? There are new unique district projects for the Master Race which require much more production.
- Tired of clicking Future Tech and Civic every turn? Now at the end of the tech tree you can research a few more techs and civics which require vast amounts of science/culture.
- Added district projects to remove the Master Race unique districts (icons and modified script taken from TC's Removable Districts mod).

Fixes/Updates:
- Fixed air units so that they can be upgraded properly.
- Added a portrait for the Ascendant unit.
- Fixed Ascendants unit definitions so that they now just ignore zone of control and are not classified as cavalry. They should no longer receive a penalty vs. anti-cavalry.

New game mechanics:
- Completing the Design and Development of Half Life 3 projects will reward you with 20 copies of Half Life 3 Collector's Edition (luxury resource providing 8 amenities). Sell it to the AI!
- The minimum xp from barbarians is increased to 3 exp and the level cap for barbarians is increased to 6. Special thanks to Josh and his More Barbarian EXP mod for the original code.

- Aircraft can now be built and purchased in the Portal Network Node district. The Master Race aircraft have more units in the models.

- Added support for YnAMP TSL for Largest Earth, Giant Earth, and Greatest Earth Map. The Master Race will start in Bellevue, Washington.

- Updated Gabe's leader trait to give an extra Wildcard policy slot in any government.
- Fixed an issue where the combat XP bonus only functioned for XP gained from attacking. All units should now have a 200% general XP bonus.
- Added three new unique districts: Glorious Port, Pumping System, and Portal Network Node
- Updated some game text, including Gabe's quote in the Civilopedia.
- Updated Gabe's traits and the Master Race traits to reflect the unique district yields and production costs.
