Today is THE day.. i am very happy to officially release this finalized version!

WotC main section of articles has been formally completed..
-- "Mission & Events" + "Optimal Avenger" finished.
-- Factions 'Summary of Skills' still require indirect Perk ToolTips via custom UC script.
-- DLC/MOD ADDONS section entirely finalized.
-- Various other fine-tuning steps.
-- By some wild luck, a RUS'sian localization was offered.

Another week worth of multi-tasks & decisions..
-- Four more articles completed; Ability Points + Combat Intelligence + Soldier Will + SITREPs.
-- Introducing a new section (Addendum) which will expand other gameplay facts further.
-- Started work on all Units InfoCards.. Weaponry inserts are done. Perks & Stats are next.
-- Factions Class details are being "Benchmarked" as custom Promotion-Trees.

Progressing somehow rapidly!
-- Thanks much to @Ginger's UC-Script edit(s), all silly %VALUES% from side panels are now repaired.
-- Three more (semi-important) articles have been completed; BT + CA + RO.
-- DLC/MOD section receives a new "Publicity-Stunt" summary.

MAJOR development step reached.
-- The Tech-Tree Index is up & running.
-- Other stuff is being assigned to Behind-the-Scene benchmark tasks. Not ready yet!
-- Added "Missions & Events" + "Optimal Avenger" articles.. to process later.

A full week of brainstorming concepts and gathering/creating GFX assets.. not a bad haul.
-- Whole "Pedia" structure is in place and already offers some new Articles while others got updated.
-- Chosen ++ STATS panel(s) aren't done yet but use temporary placeholders (of XC-Soldiers).
-- Preview samples of the (WotC) Tech-Tree symbols are in the scrolling Teasers Row.
