Place props & trees wherever you like

With this mod enabled you can place props & trees:
- under water
- on roads
- within building's footprint

This is useful when placing props with More Beautification mod. I also recommend to use Prop Snapping to snap props to buildings and elevated roads, like in asset editor (as well as its sibling, Tree Snapping).

Useful tip
This mod is also helps to load maps with missing tree or prop assets because it fixes buggy code of Cities: Skylines that causes errors on loading when some required trees or props are missing.

Use Shift+P (or Alt +P, or Ctrl+P - you can change that in options) key combination to toggle anarchy. This mod provides an options entry (see screenshot).

Please note that if anarchy is set to always on bulldoze trees before zoning areas that have trees if you don't wont them to grow through growables. Follow this guide by @sweetmanp[i.imgur.com] to massively erase trees with Extra Landscaping Tools mod

If you need to use tree brush on steep slopes use my No Tree Brush Slope Limit mod.

Props Anarchy can be safely disabled at any time. But most props and tree you placed with this mod will become hidden eventually without this mod enabled.

If you need road or building anarchy (that includes so-called 'concrete brushes' a.k.a. fillers), use Sharp Junction Angles mod.

Is there any chance this mod's UI will ever be converted to a button that toggles on/off and changes color or something to indicate it's turned on/off? That would be sooooo nice. :chirp:

It worked the first time I used it, but the day after it didn't work and props weren't mergeable

I should note - prop anarchy is off by default and I've never turned it on in the game.

In my game, trees and broken down trees have started spawning all across my map. I think it's because of this mod. Is there some way I can fix this?

Thanks for the great mod!
With whom can I discuss translation into another language?

It has same hotkey as Procedual objects and changes some props to procedual object (so it cannot be bulldozed but it has to be deleted as PO.

@NCCaretto I'm having the same problem.

Lots of props can't be bulldozed or removed after placing when this mod is on for me. Seems random. Some can, while others can't. Can't be removed using the "Move It" bulldozer either. I'm having to turn off autosave and save games manually before I start placing props in case one becomes permanent. Any help with this?

I do not have anarchy defaulted to always on, and i do not turn on prop and tree anarchy, yet tress and props dont bulldoze when i place roads and grow through some growables. I am doing something incorrectly or should you bulldoze all trees regardless of whether you have anarchy always on?
