The mod adds Masonic Empire under the leadership of Anatoly Wasserman as a playable civilization.

Civ bonus - "My Game" (Russian TV quiz)
Because of intellectual games Science and Culture in all Cities are increased by 33%. Besides, Great People generation is 25% faster.

Unit - Znatoki (participants of famous Russian TV show "What? Where? When?")
Replaces infantry
Combat - 80
Movement - 3
Special stuff - ignore terrain cost, move and attack after purchase

"What? Where? When?"
Replaces colosseum
Happiness +2
Science +2
Culture +2

Though it was hard to translate jokes from Russian, I tried my best!

The issue that download screen speech and mod description in civ menu only support one language (which is Russian for me) probably can't be solved
