Relenting Force

This mod adds a new shout that pulls everything towards you. The inverse of Unrelenting Force. This mod was made just for fun, keep that in mind while you play. You can learn the shout at the top of the Throat of the World.

PLEASE NOTE: The monolith thing where you learn the shout is only temporary. I will add a better method of learning the shout when I have more time. I'll also add screenshots when I add this.
