Guards will no longer comment on your skills until level 75. Unlike previously when they commented after you brought your skills up to level 30.

Some guard knows I have honeyed words and I was level 1. Now they don't it makes me sad.

Only for this mod at the moment. I need to upload the rest of my mods, I've never gotten round to it. I guess I could do that if people wanted me to.
