Paradigm Worlds is a total overhaul mod for Mount and Blade: Warband



Paradigm Worlds is a creation that lets experience new cultures, concepts, ideas. It allows to participate in world global politics or in individual life of creatures that inhabit world. You can stand on side of good and fight for better future for everyone , or you can exploit creatures' weakness and get rich on their misery. You can start as complete no one, or begin your journey as prince, king, or secret agent, private detective, plotting vampire or a humble musketeer. As you will advance in ladder of power you will gain access to more advanced tools, like politics, diplomacy, administration. You will need them to deal with your citizens, your towns and your friends and enemies. You will conduct diplomatic missions, and if they fail, war expeditions. You will recruit Orders - powerful, but secretive organisations - or fight them if they turn against you. You will bribe, corrupt, intimidate, ask, beg, admire, scare and humiliate - yourself or others - to get what you want. You will command your divisions on the field of battle, and if that is not enough, you will take arms yourself and kill and destroy everyone and everything that stands on your way.


PARADIGM WORLDS offers unique features that offer exquisite depth of experience. All creatures around you are alive, they have their characters, motives, they even have their own past. Hordes of factions from all timeline and little more roams huge world map. You can live your adventure through ages, and eras, because PW offers you scenarios that take you to various timelines giving you a chance to meet creatures from primal ages to a futuristic cyberpunk year 10K.

* Psychology and Negotiations system - you can wage psychological warfare with almost any creature in game
* Era - special scenarios - that take place during most important historic events (years: 5066, 6077, 7022, 10000)
* Battlefield Simulation System developed specially for PW that calculates efficiency of each troop based on terrain,
weather, temperature
* Special Missions and Quest system - you can send your companions on missions or epic quest and then relive their
history in form of interactive report
* Faction Editor that allows player to create own scenario by setting factions, kings, lords, their troops and many more
* Points of Interest on World Map with additional events and adventures
* Mutations: all creatures mutate during gameplay, they change race, or attributes, and skills

* Over 30 factions ranging from Fantasy to Sci-Fi
* Over 4000 items, over 2500 troops
* Completely re-designed AIs - on world map, in battles. World is very active, constantly changing
* Skill system that makes even tiny point in skill very important, new skills like hacking, sailing
* Doomsday Cult trying to bring back to life ultimate abomination known as Ketele
* One in its kinds graphical and artistic design
* Absolute freedom: there are always many ways to achieve goal, from plotting through intimidation up to a bloody battles
* Deep and complex strategy and economic system that you can learn and experience during gameplay, however World will take care well without your help
* Political situations and events, rebellions, plagues, and more
* Elastic battle options system, were you can tweak fights from slow strategic rpg to a fast slasher in just few clicks


PARADIGM WORLDS: Ultima Thule is the Final Version. It will be updated and debugged, but new ideas and new features will be realised in another projects.

WARNING!: Please SET RAGDOLL to 0 (turn it off), that will fix all issues with graphic glitches !!!
WARNING!: Please TURN OFF HDR effects, they are responsible for 95% of crashes.

Please also consider a fact that because of amounts of models, textures, etc. PARADIGM WORLDS are demanding app. Lowering texture details to ~70%, generally lowering graphic can help a lot.
Turning off particle effects also should help - especially for lower-end computers.
