Viking Longhouse

Beskrivning
A Viking themed/inspired home, this playerhouse requires all DLCs as it contains elements from the 3.

The property is located on the edge of Dawnstar and can be fast traveled to once discovered.
A playerhorse awaits in the stable and numerous crafting stations are also in area.
The Kajhit caravan sets up tent right outside and "Shady Sam" is also known to travel along this route!

A medium to large home designed to run as is or with using a move family mod to make it hearthfires, several relax/play/interact markers have been added along with seperate quarters/beds and a bard area play markers for children have also been added outdoors, a practice dummy inside etc. room across from childs has bed allocated for steward/housecarl.

Lots of weaponracks/plaques and displays along with several mannequins plenty of storage options , multiple planters , staff enchanting, spider imbuing , skaal outfit and supplies plus misc items scattered about.

UPDATED:
Guard by name of "Mathuk" now patrols the exterior of the longhouse. He is an Old Nord dressed in Skaal outfit and wielding an executioner Axe along with a longbow and nord hero arrows for ranged. He will patrol starting at 4pm ending at 7am when he will sleep for 3hrs. From 10am he will make use of the various crafting stations until his patrol duties begin again. Screenshots updated.
Area around crafting stations re-naved for easier access!

LATEST UPDATE: 29.05.2017

A Fish Hatchery has been added to the mod. You can access this new cell through thhe cover on the well outside the longhouse (see screenshots). The hatchery is deep below ground in an Icy Cavern, there is still some work to be done but it is functioning correctly. I have yet to add clutter/containers etc. as I intend looking into including ore-mining veins within the cavern too. So still some work to do but please leave a comment or any suggested additions you would like to see.

Please rate/fav or leave a comment, Thank you and enjoy.

Hi just noticed these new comments, sorry to see you've experienced trouble with the mod. I have'nt done anything to alter the mod in anyway and certainly would never delete it without warning or even update till I was sure peoples games and in-game items were secure. As Alvishar has already suggested , your best bet is to try loading a save game previous to when this issue happened. Hope you manage to get it sorted, to best of my knowledge the mod itself is still functioning as normal.

(Continuation) As far as I know, he hadn't removed it because I have mine acting like a northern post if I need something therefore it has some pretty important gear and I'd be rather irritated if it had been wiped, not so much since I've several saves.

It probably "disappeared" because the launcher has it set to not load either by your fault or the applications own fault. All I have to say is make sure the check box in the load-order is checked/ marked and load a previous save prior to the incident. It's always wise to make back-up saves in case stuff like this happens, especially with mods.

I lost a ton of stuff when your longhouse disappeared from my game. When I tried to get it back it reloaded empty of my belongings. I had every weapon rack filled with rare weapons and bows. As well as all of my books which takes a lot of time to collect. Tell me why you took it away.

Why did the viking Longhouse disappear from my game?

Also just to mention that you might like to check out my non-DLC version of Wizard's Tower Riverwood and or Riverwood Adventurers Cottage (also no DLC required) they are both a little small but I tend to go for the cluttered look in my house mods. They might give you an idea of the style I use if you have'nt already tried them out.

Unfortunately the majority of the items used including the building model itself are from the DLCs . I can however look into making a non-DLC version. I've currently just started making a mod for another player which will take some time to complete but once thats done I'll see what I can come up with for you. It should be possible tho to recreate a similar version with the same feel and theme in mind. Thank you for your post.

can you make non dlc version? or does the source engine and stuff you use require it so its not possible?

Thank you for the reply

I'm afraid I dont have the game or creation kit installed at the monent, I think this same problem happened to another player too awhile back! Since steam does'nt recognize updates to mods's titles after sometime, it's unlikely that I can fix this without re-uploading as a duplicate. I will however look into it when I free up some memory again. Thanks for the comment and support.
