Long story short, Some engineer thought it would be a good idea to test out quantum tethering with a bag of potatoes, this was the result.

Inside the specifically crafted containment vessel is one of said potatoes.

Its thought that each of these units can tether up-to 50kN to a gravitational body. With a fixed altitude tethering you can now build the "hover" ship of your dreams; all without any of that nasty Ray Tracing.

Unbalanced untested results may vary I am in no way responsible for damage to any grids.
oh and also it only tethers to planet surfaces and ignores player dug holes, so don't drive into your favourite building.

rework on force calculations to make them even more responsive and have a better force / distance relation
"charge time" added so they don't spring up on placement / turn on they now rise gradually
