The purpose of this guide is to describe the steps a player should take to request assistance in the event of abusive behaviour on our Official Game Servers

Official Server Abuse Report Guide

In order to maintain an enjoyable playing environment on our Official Servers we are implementing a number of measures that you need to be aware of.

Firstly please find below our Official Server Rules of Engagement (ROE). If you play on one of our servers you should spend a few minutes familiarising yourself with our rules.

Types of inappropriate behaviour or actions that violate the Rules of Engagement:

• Cheating (see below)
  
• Team Killing (TK) and/or Griefing
  
• Excessive use of vote kick
  
• Entering into the chat console or VOIP messages which are defamatory, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, sexually oriented, threatening, or invasive of a person's privacy or that violate any law of the United States.
  
• Flaming, bashing or threatening of any individual or group.
  
• Sexually suggestive text or links to content not suitable for teens.
  
• Using "1337" text, binary or any other method of reproducing inappropriate content not suitable for teens.
  
• Defamation of the United States Military, or the America`s Army Game Project.
  
• Personal attacks on any America`s Army personnel. If you have a problem with a an employee of the Game Project (Developer, Beta Testers, Server Admin, etc.) please email [e-mail].
  
• Entering into the chat console or VOIP obscene or `off color` language. If you think a word may be questionable, use a different word.
  
• Spamming the chat console or VOIP.
  
• Linking to content in violation of the ROE.
  
• Entering into the chat console or VOIP advertisements or commercial solicitation.
  
• Entering into the chat console or VOIP content intended to take advantage of game or server bugs/exploits.
  
• Entering into the chat console content or VOIP, or the names or URL`s of sites, which explain or advertise illegal game cheats, or exploits.
  
• Entering into the chat console or VOIP names of suspected cheaters, or cheating allegations.
  
• Entering into the chat console or VOIP rants the purpose of which is merely to complain about a server admin, player, or clan.
  
• "Trolling" or posting content designed to inflame, incite or that has no purpose at all.
  
• False reporting of ROE violations.
  
• Evading or attempts to evade SA actions.

This may appear to be a pretty long list of things not to do on our servers, but they are all common sense requests designed to make sure you have as much fun as possible in the game.

We are putting together a team of Official Server Administrators to help us look after the Official Servers. These Admins will be hand picked from all parts of the community based on their skill and knowledge of the game as well their levels of maturity and professionalism. We will not be taking applications for this team so please don't expend any energy asking.

There is a new abuse report form which you can find here[www.americasarmy.com]. Should you find yourself on one of our Official Servers and have your day spoilt by someone, never fear, you can fill out the report form and submit it to us for review by our team of Official Server Admins. If you mark the report as something that is "Happening Now" an Admin will deal with the issue as they see best.



Please do not expect any direct response or interaction with the Administrator as your report will be taken as an alert to an issue not as final proof that something has happened.

If you do find the need to make a report please make sure to be as accurate as possible so we know what to look out for. The support request form is there to help you out, please do not use it unless you really need to.

Please do not make any threads or posts relating to Admin actions on our forums, any such post will be removed immediately. Should you have an issue with an Admins actions please send an email to [e-mail] and we will consider it.

lol yes useless and trash devs I kill them in their official outdoors server and they ban this account and every account after that I use to talk about me getting banned thinking I cheat probably because of my name and then delete my threads and don't reply to email

AA Support is useless and allows all kinds of abuse as long as they get paid. They do absolutely nothing.
