Candy Cane Improved

It's melee weapon right from TF2, but completely reworked and improved. Why? Idk, looks sick.

Features:
- Much more polygons, no blocky edgy sides now, you won't cut your lips by sucking this anymore!
- New textures created from scratch. New normal textures for nice details!
- Removable bow, so nothing will stop you from eating it whole!
- Jiggle bones go br br! Now bow acts like a real bow in motion
- Paintability! It has 2 skins but both can be painted in any color you like! (Textures for cane and bow are separated)

It doesn't replace initial weapon model! Works as standalone thingy

(Used watercooler_bottle_warp texture from Agent Gunn pack, I hope it's okay! I'lll remove it if authors won't like it)
