Vision of the mod
I always love the idea system of EU IV, but soon found it quite lacking in variation. Thus this mod was started. Its scope soon became wider, adding buildings government reforms and new estates all interacting with the new idea groups. What once was a small mod has probably reached the level of total conversation as it is.

I have to say that I've loved this mod for many years, but the recent development mechanic feature and the changes to development ideas group etc are pretty unbalanced. I introduced my friends to the mod last night and a first time player had 1800 dev in Bengal by 1530... There have been a lot of features taking the game away from being vanilla-friendly and I dont think its a good thing, for example the call diet not having a cool-down, etc. I hope these changes are reverted because I really love playing with just IV enabled.

Reloading the reform is needed when you activate the system. Else the system won't show up until you select another government reform.
What strange behavior have encountered thus far?

Hello, when I select the new monarch points mechanic, the first government reform is abolished and if you choose a second reform, a duplicate of the previously abolished reform appears but without bonuses. Furthermore, it is possible that in the late reforms where rank 3 of government is granted, establishing an empire, subject nations, colonial nations and members of the hre are excluded? because it gives strange effects.

the decision to convert manpower from sailors, stabilty every 7th year from the reform etc.
only ones showing are the initial 2 ones for game setup and selection of reforms.
