Getting past the goo is easy. Place the first portal next to the exit and the second one on the ceiling of the room to the left . About the cube, push it with whatever items there are around .
You should reevaluate your judgement on the game. The map is not broken or anything, so your attitude is plain rude.

I finished this one with no hints! The methods I had to use to finish the level were unconventional. Great level!
