Same for snow. There is a flag that defines a snow graphic, but that one is only available for buildings.
So sadly there are only two possibilities: Changing the graphics manually every time needed or use a graphic that is kind of the best compromise.
For that reason I did the V2 of my cliffs which are lighter. But they also are far from perfect.

The V2 cliffs are a bit lighter. Therefore I think they fit better snowy terrain a little. And the seams are less visible again (they were already present in the original files by Drognan but due to their light grey color far less visible).
This version will stay for everyone that wants the cliffs as saturated as they are in V1.
Couldn't find any opportunity to implement snow into the cliffs only for snowy terrain.
But I'm open to suggestions if someone has an idea for changing the cliffs in a way that they fit all terrain types as good as possible so don't hesitate to tell me.
That said I myself think they don't really look out of place in snowy terrain right now.^^
