It's just higher speed limit and faster curves. It can't be placed anywhere you want, you'll still get curvature errors and all.

Dude! This is AWESOME! It's like a whole new game. I don't even have trains that can go beyond the default speeds, but being able to take a corner using less than half a continent is good enough. Thank You!
