you forgot to mention blink. just tp in trees and illuminate
also boots of travel are good to rush because they make you a powerful rat. getting a fast urn will make you the walking founten and if you combine this with some power treads or phase boots your in a better situation than with tranquils. sure if you are the position 5 and dont get a single last hit the cheap tranquils are nice but in most cases they are just not worth it.

shivas for the late game is very good and a necrobook can make you an incredible pusher.
and dont forget to spam illuminate and chacra. push creeps, destroy towers, defend objectives and win the game

It can pretty much take out an entire creep wave, if you do this, your carry wont get any gold from creeps.

what do you mean when you say using illuminate will hurt your carry's farm?
