Compound Bow in the Smithy

Beskrivelse
Adds the compound bow to the smithy for primitive servers.
Stone arrows and Tranq arrows do not work with it yet.

Also changed the polymer cost to be pearls instead.

Compound Bow:
95 Pearls
85 Metal Ingots
75 Cementing Paste

Arrows:
3 Thatch
3 Fiber
3 Metal Ingots
1 Cementing Paste
1 Pearl

Nothing in the stats department has changed at all. It should be identical to vanilla except for the cost and name.

Only thing I can come up with to fix this is to add a new smithy in to the game that creates the bow only. Seems like a bit of a waste, but if it fixes it probably be worth it. Would this be a viable solution?

Try building a new smithy if you're in single player.

Engrams appear and can be learned but nothing appears in the smithy. Any ideas? Ive changed the order and all that.
