(QoL) Less clicking for mass resupply

Beskrivelse

Allows you to increase/decrease materials 5x as much per click on the Resupply screen by holding the "mass UI modifier" key (Ctrl by default).

Just found out there was no modifier key recently, this'll be much appreciated.

Thank you, I was going nuts having to constantly click the + to resupply mass quantities on my Space Elevator!!
