WotC: Starting Spark

Beskrivelse
Adds a spark to the starting squad, this mod should therefore only be used when starting a new game.

Note: This has not been tested with Shen's mission (The Lost Towers), and it doesn't fit thematically to do so.

Known bug: The spark isn't shown in the cinematics in the Lost and Abandoned mission, except this it seems to work fine.

is there a way to add more than one spark? do i just add another `AddSpark(StartState);` in `static event InstallNewCampaign` ?

Tested along with a few overhauls (CI, Musashi, Arsenal). Fortunately no issues so far - did not experience the insta-fail reported by VoidLight during the Gate Crasher substitute introduced by CI. Thanks for making it, Zamster!
