Après Moi, Le Déluge

Today marks the 70th year since the outbreak of the Republican Revolutions.

The Continental System established by Emperor Napoleon weathered the storm, battered but victorious. The malcontents of the world licked their wounds and bided their time. Radicals and Republicans, Jacobins and Nationalists, all watched for signs of weakness.

Today, the strength of the Continental System will be tested once again.

I tried to test it. Out of desperation to get the scenario to run, I resorted to cheats to get the run to work, and then tried to replicate the effects i wanted through code. I couldn't figure it out. perhaps you're right.

Did you test this? I don't think anything would happen if you added a country with no land to a faction

They give an ultimatum to Russia, Mexico, Sweden-Denmark, and the Ottomans demanding the liberation of Alaska, Texas, California, Greenland, and Israel as independent states, and I think Democracies would still assist in an offensive war if it's for the sake of liberation and not conquering.

Some effects are incomplete, and some things hadn't been added yet.

I added 11 Deseret flags, 3 Israel flags, a few portraits, and I used a lot of the files without changing them since I tried to make a standalone with the sub-mod plugged in. As I said, it has some extreme balancing issues, but I never got that far since I tried to squish the bugs first.
