This Add-On for Theatrum Orbis Terrarum (Carthoge Reloaded) makes the mapmodes much more colorful and has almost no dynamic transparency. Choose either this, "More Opacity" or "Medium Opacity".

Ironman and achievement compatible. Can be used with any other Add-On (except for "More Opacity" and "Medium Opacity").

Negi for the magic code that makes transparency dynamic and his effort on porting it to 1.19.

So, just trying to call this to attention. Wrote this on some other post but decided to do some research without luck. This was the top google result so here I am.

You really need to add an extension for province borders. Or support for TBARW. Your darker borders extension does not help as it does not affect province borders.

This is extremely annoying to me when playing most nations, especially darker colours like France or Sweden and I can barely see where to queue my armies.

I really like your design and do not want to go back but utility is a priority for me. I cant be the only one with this problem.

Yes, the add-om works with the current version of EU4.
I get many reports like yours about mod's files not downloading, even after restarting the game/steam. It's a steam issue I can't fix on my end, so my best advise would be to use the manual download.
