I don't own the DLC myself, but here is some useful info from other players:
Can also confirm this works fine with WotC. The only minor "incompatibility" is that the mod is flagged with a warning in the mod launcher.
Try a fresh install (unsubscribe to the mod first) and open up mygames/xcom2 (and the WoTC folder too) find engine.ini and delete all instances of "modclassoverrides", locate the workshop folder in your steam installation, "\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\616359783" delete the folder (the one ending in 783) then resubscribe to this mod. It worked for me

NOTE: mods do not disable achievements in XCOM2.

DISCLAIMER: I can't guarantee any of my mods are 100% bugs free, so use them at your own risk. I do play with all of them and I will release fixes or at least workarounds if bugs/problems are discovered.

Correction to my last comment:

In steps 6 & 7 you should be searching for ' Name="MouseScrollUp" ' and ' Name="MouseScrollDown" ' respectively.

I've got a little suggestion to add to the general mod info stuffs.

Personally, I like to use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out. Unfortunately the game is a little bugged here and doesn't let you rebind mouse scrolling. Fortunately there's a way round this:

1. Set up all your key binds in game as you'd like except the zoom bindings.
2. Go to MyDocuments/my games/XCOM2 War of the chosen (or 'XCOM2' if you're playing vanilla)/XComGame/Config
3. Open up XComInput.ini
4. Search for ' Command="T_Key_Press" ', and set the 'Name' parameter to 'MouseScrollUp'
5. Search for ' Command="G_Key_Press" ', and set the 'Name' parameter to 'MouseScrollDown'
6. Search for ' Name="T" ' and make sure there aren't any other binding which would conflict. Delete the line if you find one.
7. Repeat step 6 with ' Name="G" '
