EMD GP7 - Columbia, Newberry & Laurens

This mod adds a Columbia, Newberry and Laurens EMD GP7 to the game. This is a repaint of the generic EMD GP9 available in Transport Fever.

The Columbia, Newberry and Laurens (CNL) was a small railroad in South Carolina. It was chartered in 1885, and by 1891 had completed the line connecting Columbia and Newberry. In 1896 the Laurens Railroad was purchased from the Richmond & Danville Railroad to complete the line to Laurens. In 1924 the Atlantic Coast Line (ACL) acquired control of the CNL. Evenually, in 1984, it became part of CSX.

As you may have noticed, the paint scheme mimics that of it's parent company, the Atlantic Coast Line.

CNL #102 depicted in this mod was eventually repainted to the ACL black & yellow scheme, but I couldn't determine when that happened. My research indicates this unit evenutally became Atlantic Coast Line #277, and later Seaboard Coast Line #877.

• This mod adds a new vehicle to the game without altering anything in the game.
  
• Custom colors and logos have been disabled.

• The in-cab camera points backwards due to original model being oriented long hood forward.
  
• The multi-unit icon shows everthing on 2nd unit backwards, including logos and text. This is because game is using only one icon image and flipping it for the 2nd unit.
