If you have not installed mods for Skyrim,then do the following:
navigate to the folder Steam/steamapps/workshop/content,then search for the desired mod and copy the mod in the Data folder(not the Skyrim folder) and activate the mod in the launcher.

ВНИМАНИЕ!
Если у вас не устанавливаются модификации для скайрим,то сделайте следующие действия:
перейдите в папку Steam/steamapps/workshop/content,далее ищите нужный вам мод и скопируйте мод в папку Data(не в папку Skyrim) и активируйте мод в лаунчере.

Excellent mod. I love it. Small, cozy, yet, has everything. I love the part where the food is gone off the table. I hate looking at the same piece of fish on a table for a year. I will put this on my profile and tell my friends. Thank you for all your hard work. If I knew how, I would do a video for you.
