ARK Creature Color Regions (Vanilla)

For one reason or another, we occasionally find ourselves needing to change the colors of our dinosaurs. Whether this is to replace a dino lost through a bug, or just because in your own personal game you want that perfect dinosaur, or to get that dinosaur you saw and tried to tame, only for it to die.

Whatever the reason, I have not been able to find a good comprehensive list of what region goes where on which dino, so I set up to make a guide for it. ( Note: You have to be Admin on the server, or in Singleplayer, with cheats enabled in order to do this)

Creatures in ARK have color layers ranging from 0-5 (so up to 6 in reality).

I set each number with a specific color, and then changed each type of creature with those commands to show exactly where each region covers.

The colors I used are thus:

0 - RED
1- WHITE
2 - YELLOW
3 - GREEN
4 - BLUE
5 - CYAN

NOTE: If you see PURPLE, that is because the BLUE and RED colors overlap and the layer is slightly transparent =)

What I mean is that I have 2 Argentavis which seem identical in every way but yet a color differs in the cryopod. I want to understand why!

Hello, I can see 6 colors for an Argentavis when I put it in a Cryopod. I think the color that doesn't exist is the second because I don't see it anywhere on my Argent.
Can someone enlighten me on this inconsistency?

Will you be continuing the guide? Or doing another for the DLC creatures? If not, do you have links to others that exist? I like that your guide has all the color regions in one image covered, so we can see how they interact (like the blue/red purple interaction). Ive seen another that has each region in a separate image but we cant see if the colors bleed together like that
