Fallout 4: Far Harbor | Skip Dima's memory quest

Far Harbor is considered one of the best DLCs for Fallout 4. however, everyone has a breaking point, And with Far harbor there is no exception. As you progress you will come along a quest regarding Dima's memory called 'best left forgotten'. This quest forces you into one of the most pathetic attempts at a minigame. This guide will explain a simple way to pass this quest using good old console commands.

Console Commands/steps

First you will reach a terminal that looks like this








When accessing the terminal you will see 5 parts, each one consisting of a separate memory you need to complete. However, we want to skip that, and here's how.

Step 1 - Open command console by pressing the ` key directly below the ESC key that will open the console which looks like this











Step 2 - Now type SetStage DLC03MQ04 150 [this completes stage 1]
after you have finished typing the above command, press ENTER






Step 3 - After you have pressed ENTER, push the up arrow key. This will write out the command in your console again, now change 150 to 250 and press ENTER. [this will complete stage 2]
Repeat this step until you reach 550. The screenshot below will give an example



Step 4 - When you have finished typing out each command you will have completed all 5 stages, now close the console and open up your pip-boy then in the MISC section of your inventory you will have 5 holotapes consisting of each memory from 1-5, it will look like this.



Step 6 - Load each holotape starting from 1 then ending at 5. After, your map will update with the next quest. Congratulations, you have successfully skipped the worst minigame created. If you want to do it the proper way and complete the minigame then be my guest

Thank you from the bottom of my bleeding heart. Dima's memory I always skip on EVERY playthrough because of how annoying it was the first time. I remember stressing out so much and wanting to just quit the game entirely based purely on dima's memory quest.

this minigame always bugged out for me and became basically unplayable, during the first memory the lil bug guys kept walking into the wal,l so to fix this i made all five of them essential and used the tc command to manually walk them across the obstacle course over to where they were supposed to be. lets just say im good at controlling lil bug guys now
