Is it a bird? Is it a dragon? No, it's the Superman Suit in Skyrim. This mod adds the famous costume as a stand alone set to the game. You'll find it in front of the big chest, just outside the entrance of High Hrothgar.

The main suit comes with a fortify health enchantment and the boots with fortify stamina.

To fly in the video I am using the flying mod beta from Skyrim Nexus

Note: Cape not included. To get the cape, download 'Cloaks of Skyrim' and forge yourself a crimson linen cloak.
