The True Dovahkiin - Shout Cooldowns Reduced

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
This mod makes various adjustments to the exsting shouts in the base game, as well as the DawnGuard and Dragonborn DLCs. The purpose of this mod was to allow use of mutiple shouts during battles, since often times shout cooldowns were so long, some were almost unusable. I have also made adjustments to scaling of certain shouts, to make them more useful in the late game, such as the fire breath shout damage.

Below are the changes I have made to the dragon shouts. I have marked shouts that are in the DLCs as DG (DawnGuard) or DB (Dragonborn). I will be making adjustments to the shouts as I play though and find some that are still underpowered, or are overpowered.

Does it require both the Dawnguard and Dragonborn DLCs to be installed for the mod to work?

@Fighting Pirate: Nice mod - It really makes combat cooler to be able to use the shouts more often, and with a more tactical sense. It also makes it easier for shouts like Whirlwind Sprint when using it to get to that loot just out of reach. Don't pay heed to people like Skabb - you've got my upvote, even if I've only got one account :)

@Skabb: Thats no reason to downvote something just because YOU feel that way - your opinion is yours and yours alone. This mod does change a dynamic of the game, but its not a hack or a cheat of any kind. A lot of the shouts cool down times mean they can only be used once or twice in a true battle but this mod allows you to really feel awsome on the battlefield when facing large numbers of enemies, and dragons.

Part of it comes down to your choice on whether you would spam shouts just because you can. The fact that you downvoted this on 5 accounts is very sad - If this was a mulitplayer thing I would understand more, but its single player.

You sir should feel ashamed for disrespecting a perfectly vaild mod.

I've ranted on a bit and will likely come accross as a little bit of a winer, but this sort of action really upsets me when I see it in a community such as this, so sorry to everyone else

this mod is bugged, my skyrim will close itself in the loading screen before the main menu. disabling this mod fixed it again. how about a small fix?

How much does it reduce it by? Are there any problems with this mod? You should add these things so people know what the mod is all about.
