Fixing Lvl 65 Issues or Missing Engrams Please Read:
Extinction Core MUST be first in mod order to have Engrams.
You will need to raise your Servers Max player level to 290 in order to reach level 150 on Extinction Core. I use https://arkservers.io/?r=srrwtf for Hosting. Can use the Basic Tab and scroll to "Override Max Player Level". Hit Save! Start Server
I do not use anything else for hosting Ark so I am unable to help beyond this

Maps that work well : The Island, Center, Ragnarok.
(Crystal Isles also works but please change dino spawn rates to 1.3x or 1.4x)

I also recommend having the Extinction Core Side Loader Mod 2nd on the list of mods
This fixes multiple other issues on EC.
