[WOTC] System Infiltration 2.2

Adds the System Infiltration active ability that reduces Hack Defense of hackable objects, such as doors and computers. Units that can hack robotic enemies using Haywire Protocol can also use System Infiltration against them.

By default, System Infiltration is automatically added to all units that can hack.

Using System Infiltration against the same target multiple times more or less guarantees a successful hack, so if you can beat the mission timer and get your hacker in position early, you can benefit from your tactical prowess by getting better hack rewards.

System Infiltration does not break concealment.
System Infiltration is automatically granted to the XPad - the base game hacking pad carried by all soldiers.
SPARKs and MECs cannot use System Infiltration, intentionally.


This mod also adds a new Utility Item - Hacker's Laptop. It provides the Infiltrator ability, which is the passive ability unlocked for Reapers in Guerilla Tactics School. This ability provides a bonus to Hacking stat, and allows to walk under ADVENT sensor towers without losing concealment.

Hacker's Laptop is available from the start in infinite quantities.

Things you can configure:

• Hacker's Laptop - inventory slot, build cost, required research, provided abilities, whether it is available at all or not. You can also configure an additional bonus to Hacking, separate from the one granted by the Infiltrator ability.
  
• System Infiltration - action point cost, whether it ends turn or not, breaks concealment, how big is the Hack Defense reduction, whether it requires carrying Hacker's Laptop to use or not.

• None currently.

Hack Plus - WotC - compatible, but I don't recommend using that mod, it's overly intrusive for the simple thing it's trying to do.
