Просто качаете зип архив, после этого распаковываете его и устанавливаете программу. (на рабочем столе появиться ярлык)
После подписи всех модов, запустите игру через стим, дождитесь загрузки всех модов, потом закройте лаунчер.
И запустите через ярлык установленой проги и спокойно играйте, в игру зайдет как через Steam :)
